Returns Policy



If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from date of delivery. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine condition in their original box packaging. Once received items will be inspected and a refund will be processed to the original payment card within 10 working days. Items returned damaged, faulty, with missing parts or otherwise not in a pristine condition will be returned to you.

When returning your product to us, please also include your original receipt and a covering letter with your name, address, email and phone details plus the reason for the return the and if you require a refund or an exchange. Items returned without the prior information will similarly be returned to you.

It is your responsibility to return the item to us however if the item being returned is faulty, then we will cover the cost of shipping. If this is the case prior notification must be made to us where we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for return. Faulty items sent to us without prior notification could remove your right for refund and/or reduce your refund less that of delivery.

Faulty item returned within 30 days of receipt of order will be fully refunded, faulty items returned within six months of receipt will be replaced or refunded.

Faulty returns will be either replaced or refunded within 10 working days of receipt. Refund will only be made to the original purchasing card.
